BWT-114-BNT Heavy-Duty Tube Mill for High-Precision Industrial Pipe Production
Our BWT-114-BNT industrial heavy-duty tube forming & welding machine is designed for manufacturing stainless steel, duplex, ferritic stainless steel and titanium alloy tubes.
Equipped with Plasma + TIG welding system with electromagnetic control, this pipe mill delivers consistent welding penetration and high weld quality. It supports both bright annealing and black annealing treatment, greatly improving tube surface finish and corrosion resistance.
With worm gearbox transmission and servo-controlled weld bead flattening, the machine runs stably for 24-hour continuous operation. It can produce tubes from Φ76.1mm to Φ114.3mm at adjustable speeds of 0.3–4.0 m/min, ideal for mass production of various round, square and special-shaped tubes.
