BWT-219-BNT Heavy-Duty Tube Mill for Large Diameter Industrial Pipe Production
Our BWT-219-BNT industrial heavy-duty tube forming and welding machine is built to produce large-size austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel and titanium alloy tubes.
Equipped with P+T or P+T+T online double-side welding system, this pipe mill delivers reliable welding quality and stable weld penetration. It adopts black annealing treatment to optimize tube surface condition.
With worm gearbox transmission and three-roll weld seam flattening, the machine supports 24-hour non-stop operation. It can produce tubes from Φ127 to Φ219.1 mm at adjustable speeds of 0.3–1.5 m/min, ideal for mass production of large round, square and special-shaped tubes.
