BWT-457-BNT Heavy-Duty Tube Mill for Extra Large Diameter Industrial Pipe Production
Our BWT-457-BNT industrial heavy-duty tube forming and welding machine is built to produce extra large-size austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel and titanium alloy tubes.
Equipped with Plasma + TIG welding system with electromagnetic control, this pipe mill delivers reliable welding quality and stable weld penetration. It adopts black annealing treatment to optimize tube surface condition.
With worm gearbox transmission and three-roll weld seam flattening, the machine supports 24-hour non-stop operation. It can produce tubes from Ø325 to Ø457.0 mm at adjustable speeds of 0.2–1.0 m/min, ideal for mass production of extra large round, square and special-shaped tubes.
