BWT-70-EN Heavy-Duty Tube Mill for High-Precision Round Stainless Steel Pipe Production
Our BWT-70-EN industrial heavy-duty tube forming and welding machine is designed for producing high-precision round stainless steel tubes. It is suitable for ferritic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel and duplex stainless steel.
Equipped with Plasma welding + TIG welding system with electronic control, this pipe mill ensures stable weld quality and reliable penetration. The machine features three-roll seam flattening, helical gearbox transmission and servo main drive for accurate forming and consistent operation.
With 24-hour continuous operation capability, it can produce tubes from Ø80 mm to Ø720.0 mm at adjustable speeds of 0.1–3.0 m/min, making it ideal for mass production of round stainless steel pipes with high dimensional accuracy.
